Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting us at noctrioncollective@noctrion.com with your order number and reason for the request. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, design choice, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist with a resolution.
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 1–4 weeks for the return and refund process depending on processing and shipping times.
